Services, Fees, & Other Pertinent Information
1.        In-Trust Accounting primarily focuses on the balancing of the Trust Account.  We
specialize in taking the monthly bank statements, agency sweep reports, your receipt log, and
other pertinent information and balancing the account.  The goal is to find any discrepancies be
it internal or by the individual companies.  Helping you keep a better handle on the money as
well as collecting monies that may be owed back to the account due to company errors (double
sweeps, etc.)

2.        Missed Commissions.  While balancing the account may catch errors, it also catches items
that have yet to be swept by the individual companies.  Some of these companies as you know pay
commissions based on premium swept.  If the money is never swept, the commission never hits
your operating account.  We catch these as well.

3.        In-Trust Accounting has developed a simple receipting program for those agencies that are
not currently utilizing a receipt or management system.  We can install this program on your
office server/computers and train the individuals on its use.  The database/receipting system was
developed for an insurance company and is set up to be user friendly.

4.        Our Fees are by the account.  An average Agency Office will run $250.00 - $325.00 a
month for our services.

5.        Month End We provide you with a “hot list” of items that need immediate attention.  The list
is broken down into the company, policy number, person’s name, amount swept, and explanation
of attention needed as well as the current “actual” balance in the account.  This list makes
managing the account each month much easier for you the owner, as well as your employees.

6.        Audit representation.  We have worked with the State Auditors in audits of trust accounts
and know what they want to see.  We can help compile information that may be missing from
periods prior to using these services, and represent you to the best of our ability.

7.        The last thing we provide is Peace of Mind.  Knowing that your Trust Account is managed
and in balance.
